1. Can I have a sample order for led light? / Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

   Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. We welcome sample order to test and check quality.

2. What about the lead time?

   Sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks.

3. Do you have a special price and service for wholesale?

   Yes, we have the most competitive and best service to support our wholesale customers. We do supply OEM&ODM service for the wholesale.

4.Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

   Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample if you don't need UL LOGO. Otherwise you should make UL multiple listing firstly.

5. What payment methods can I use? And how secure is my payment?

   Currently, you can pay by PayPal, Bank Transfer(TT) and Western Union.

6. How long does it take for my order to be shipped? And how long can I receive it?

  Generally, your order will be shipped within 7-15 working days after your payment verified by Aliexpress. But in case of any hot products without raw material, it will need 15-20 days. We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

7. How about the after sale service?

   Good after sales service, once there is any bad defect during your usage or the new goods go bad, we will solve it for you or send you a new one for free. 8. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

   Yes, we offer 5 years warranty to our products. All products are gone through strict test by our experienced QC before shipment. But there may be some unpredictable problems. We’ll repair the products for free cost of labor within the warranty period.

9. How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly,products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will send new parts and you don't need to send bad one back or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
